Welcome to Kneadppiness. By accessing or using our website and placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the website, including customers who browse, purchase products, or submit customised order requests.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products & Services

Kneadppiness offers:

  • Standard design artisan buns
  • Customised buns and bao cakes
  • Workshops (group or private)

All product images are for reference only. Actual products may vary slightly in colour, size, or design due to handmade nature.

3. Orders

All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details provided are accurate.

4. Customised Orders

  • Customised orders require a deposit to secure booking.
  • Final pricing is based on design complexity and will be confirmed before production
  • OnceOnce production has begun, changes or cancellations are not permitted.
  • Deposits are non refundable

5. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
  • Standard products have fixed pricing
  • Customised products and workshops may vary in price.
  • Payment must be completed before order processing.Payment must be completed before order processing.
  • We currently accept PayNow and any other methods displayed at checkout.

6. Delivery & Self Collection

  • Delivery fees range from $8–$28 depending on distance.
  • Free delivery is available for orders above $250.
  • Self-collection is available at Kneadppiness Studio during operating hours.
  • Delivery dates and times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Food items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Deposits for customised orders are non-refundable.
  • Refunds or replacements may be considered in cases of incorrect or damaged items, at our discretion.
  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

8. Allergens & Storage

Our products may contain common allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and advising us of any allergies before ordering.

Storage and reheating instructions will be provided where applicable.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, text, logos, and designs, are the property of Kneadppiness and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Kneadppiness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
